We purchased our home about 2 yrs ago and it desperately needed a good cleaning. We have been putting it off for a while now and then A family friend had suggested we give Buckeye roof Cleaning a call, so we thought why not. They were prompt to give us a call back. Very friendly on the phone and in person. They set us up and came out on time. The job they did was AMAZING.....our house looks brand new! The price was very fair and the service was great!

Customer service is key for me when working with vendors and Nick did a fantastic job keeping the line of communication open and I was aware of what was happening every step of the way.

Nick and his team did a fantastic job cleaning our slate roof and the stucco. It looked absolutely beautiful when they were finished. The entire process was seamless. They completed the job timely and they were careful with moving outdoor items and furniture in order to protect them from getting wet. We are beyond thrilled with the work they provided and the price was very reasonable! I would absolutely recommend them.

Having worked in customer relations for years, I would say the most important aspect of customer service, aside from the actual work, is communication with the client & the ability to take care of any problems smoothly to the client's satisfaction. I recently had the pleasure of working with Buckeye Roof Rejuvenation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Nick and his team power washed my entire house and roof and performed a rejuvenation treatment on the roof to prolong its life. The team was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They also helped remove a decoration that was on my chimney from the previous owner that I couldn't stand! They also helped fill in the hole to make it look brand new. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident in the fantastic job they did.
